Control Room

Control Room is a private, single-owner tool. It reads YouTube Analytics for the owner’s own channels so the owner can plan uploads and see what works.

It is not a public service: only the owner’s own Google accounts sign in to it. It only ever reads data. It never uploads, edits or deletes anything on YouTube.
